I was putting my body in to the punches it was not all arms, using leg power too. If you were on the receiving end of those you would say different.
BigRo, I hate to tell you, but they are not powerful punches, plus they are incredibly slow. I used to be a boxer and still train in it for fitness. I honestly feel a bit embarrassed for you, as any trained fighter could tell you just from watching that video that you have no idea what you are doing and that you would get KTFO in less than a minute if put in the ring with a trained boxer. I am being sincere, pull that video down as you are embarrassing yourself.
Your 80Kg barbell curl video is impressive, this video not so much.
