4 TD 2 Int, head in hands in defeat on sidelines when they won.

Typo on the last post.

Probably good enough QB to win without all the cheating.  I know real Pats fans who are disappointed in their organization for this.

What's wrong with head on hands in game that was going back and forth? Manning was an absolute turd in the punch bowl...

Come on, now the trolling is just obvious  ;D

P.S. I had my head in my hands too, because I thought we were going to lose again on a miraculous catch.

Brady led his team to go ahead scores in the 2 superbowls vs the Giants as well. The defense didn't make the stops.

Brady ultimately did his job in those games. Gave the team the lead late in the 4th.

The fact that Pats offence could do what they did against Seattle's D is amazing. Nobody was suppose to crack that D-fence. Brady and Bill did.

Giants highly debatable pass play near the end.  They had 3 timeouts, looked confused and decided on that dumb play and even better is retard Manning throwing the ball away.  WTF!?  So they give the ball back with plenty of time and decide to not play defense.
They should have ran it on 3rd.  If they didn't score, let the clock run down to 1 second leaving 40 something seconds left, then tried a run again on 4th.  Getting a field goal at this point is meaningless.  Worst case Dallas starts at their own 1 yard line with 40 seconds to go.  Instead they give them the ball at the 30 yard line with a minute and a half. Horrible game management

Dumbest play call since Carroll in the super bowl last year.   Beyond words how professional coaches and players can be so dumb.  I'll add to it - squibb kick after was stupd too - kick it out of the endzone.

Most getbiggers would be better QB/LB (two-way player) than NFL starters.

There's one on the Sports forum if you dare to click on another forum, and can handle civil (mostly) discussion.

NFL reinstating Patriots Employees

i guess they didn't Let the Air out of the balls after all  ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::)

http://www.si.com/nfl/2015/09/14/new-england-patriots-deflategate-suspended-employees-meeting

Report: No NFL punishment for Patriots employees in Deflategate

The NFL will not impose a league punishment upon John Jastremski and Jim McNally, the two Patriots employees who were suspended indefinitely without pay for allegedly deflating footballs during last year’s AFC championship game, reports The Boston Globe's Ben Volin.

The Patriots submitted a formal request for their employees’ reinstatement last week, but Troy Vincent, NFL executive vice president of football operations, requested a meeting with them before deciding their futures, NFL.com’s Ian Rapoport reported Sunday.

A Patriots representative, Jastremski and McNally will meet with Vincent in the coming days, and the two employees will reportedly be reinstated with new roles soon, Volin reports.

Jastremski and McNally, who were the Patriots equipment staffer and locker room attendant, respectively, were implicated in the Deflategate scandal after text messages surfaced in which McNally called himself “the deflator” and suggested that he let the air out of footballs in order to receive free shoes and signed memorabilia. Both men were cited in the Wells Report.

Despite reports that the two men could face discipline by the league, Rapoport reported later that they would not receive further penalty.

Tom Brady has advocated for the staffers’ reinstatement. Brady’s four-game suspension for his role in Deflategate was overturned, and he played in the Patriots Week 1 win over the Steelers.

The Patriots will next face the Bills in Buffalo.

Coach Pete Carroll has no control over his team.

Lynch openly disrespected the coach all year.  Now this.   I guess as long as he's the one feeding the players adderall, they'll keep Carroll around.

Brady to Gronk, get used to hearing that eve more this year... Beast...

I like how Brady, before the game, went up to the NFL guy holding 2 footballs, squeezed them both, and chose the one he liked best.

Goodell, 40 million dollar per year idiot...

Raiders Give Middle Finger To The NFL, Refuse To Put Gold Marks On Field

As part of the celebrations for the 50th Super Bowl later this season, every NFL field has the ‘50’ painted gold, like the above photo from the Steelers’ stadium. Every NFL team, that is, except for the Raiders, who played on a field absent of gold in Weeks 1 and 2.

Sports Business Journal tracked down the man responsible for the field, and he says the Raiders told him not to:

“The Raiders have asked us not to do that,” said Chris Wright, AEG Facilities VP and the Coliseum’s GM. AEG runs the stadium shared by the Raiders and the A’s. Raiders officials did not provide AEG officials with further explanation and the Raiders did not return emails and phone calls for comment.

The NFL told Sports Business Journal that it was simply because the A’s season is still ongoing, and as soon as it ends the gold markings will be painted onto the field. (Why they could paint the lines, end zones, and everything else while the A’s season is ongoing but not the gold 50s doesn’t make much sense, but whatever.) According to Wright, however, that isn’t the case:

But Wright said, “It has nothing to do with baseball. The last six home baseball games are through this weekend, and there will be no gold marks for the rest of the Raiders’ regular season.”

Mike Florio speculates that this has something to do with the fact that Super Bowl 50 will be played at the San Francisco 49ers’ stadium, and that the Raiders are pissed that the league hasn’t helped them find a new stadium to replace the garbage dump they currently call home:

While no reason has been provided the refusal to comply, Occam’s Razer (sic) suggests that the Raiders don’t want to acknowledge a Super Bowl that will be played down the road in Santa Clara, home of the 49ers. At one level, that’s because the two teams don’t get along. At another level, it’s because the 49ers had no interest in sharing their swanky new stadium with the Raiders.

At yet another level, it’s possibly a great big eff you to a league that arguably isn’t doing all that much to help the Raiders find a solution to its longstanding stadium woes.

Al Davis may be dead, but his spirit lives on.
