I can almost bet you a very large amount of money it's not a real degree. I can also build a website, grab a few papers off Wikipedia for you to memorize (and then copy from) and give you a degree in a few months time. The whole 'university' sits on a server somewhere with a few crooks running it. This is what failures like Goodrum thrive on, and more than likely the aids ridden bunny too.
