Like some getbiggers I'd love use more pro powders but many are difficult to "digest" i.e. bathroom issues :-[
Too many current brands go right thru me and it's no fun.

Chicken breasts, egg whites, lean meats.  Powders are for babies.  Still can't believe people fell for this protein powder bullshit.  The cheese makes selling off their waste at $50 a jug and people buy it.

i find it stunning as well. it's the 21st century.

Awesome suggestion!  This kind of reply is why I'm still on getbig after all these years.

Isopure is the only thing that doesn't hurt my stomach... it also tastes better than anything else I have ever tried.

i dont have a gallbladder so i have to be careful with powders...

the ones that are always easy for me are isopure, iso-100, and anything from at-large nutrition..

for protein bars i only eat biotest finibars..

Do you sleep more than 4-5 hours a night? Ever watch tv? Have unnecessary conversations with people? Look at unnecessary things like getbig?  ::)

Oh brother, the typical "Unlike you, I'm busy" contest. The busiest people in the world make it without relying on protein powders as meals, guess that means it's you.

you cannot be this daft, D-e-m-a-n-d-i-n-g job. As in cannot take 5 or 6 20 min breaks during the workday to eat chicken and rice at their desk.

My "retarded build" says otherwise dipshit. And the hundreds of thousands of people who better themselves using them as well.

Older guys don't need all that extra protein. Just eat a balanced diet and you will be fine. No supplements at all.

Lots of broscience in Howard's two threads.

are you saying you couldn't have gotten your build without using powders?

doesn't it sound ludicrous when it's phrased that way.

Fuck , I finally agree with U !.
Every big cheese maker sells 20kg bag's of powder for $ 5-7 p/kg , usually around $ 80 for 20 kg.

100% convinced they were a huge part in order for me to get the cals needed.  Did well with concentrate blends even. Just can't eat a meal with meat when I had one 3 hours ago. It's not happening.
