I prefer Chipotle peppers.  The burrito place ain't bad either.

Jalapeno's make everything better, to me at least.

Scrambled eggs, turkey burgers, Italian subs, etc...(3 meals that I ate today BTW, w/ Jalapeno's)...

Don't use too many though.  They are hot, but give a great, smoky flavor.  I think you will like them alot.  You will probably end up eating them on biscuits and who else knows what lol.

^ This man  knows well of what he speaks. Those reapers, bhut jolokia, & trinidad scorpion are 100% pain.  Not eaten for enjoyment for sure.  Reaper holds the scoville world record.
