Greek Seasoning, Texas Pete Hot Sauce, Spicy Mustard, Low Sodium Soy Sauce, FF Greek Dressing for Marinading Chicken Breast.  Mostly have something hot in order to curb the appetite.   Ramen noodles

"I Can`t Beleive It`s Not Butter" -in a spray bottle

Sugar-Free Jelly on rice cakes

Natty PB on rice cakes

Splenda and cinnamon in oatmeal-ORGASMIC when dieting rigoriously.

Fat-Free low sugar salad dressing

BBQ Sauce

I cut out all or most of these items as the show draws closer as a rule.

at what point do you cut these out?

I'm the opposite.  Hate ketchup.   Haven't touched the stuff in decades.

Possible water retention plus the fact that if I failed to look as good as I knew I should have,I`d blame it on this.

I like to go Spartanlike, just lets me know I`m doing the very best that I can.

You may think your eating great and training hard, but your competition may be doing things better than you in both aspects..............why give `em an edge?

Red wind vinegar is your friend.  Super  Low in calories and will make anything you put it on taste a hell of a lot better.  Salad, tuna, chicken breast etc.  Good Stuff.
