Phil is more cut. But Ramy just blows him out of the water in the other areas. Even Phils supposedly arms are nothing to Ramys size and shape wise. They are just more cut, like I said.

And don't come draggin with calves, apparently they are a non factor in bodybuilding.

Good find. I don't think most bothered to watch this but at the end Ramy flexes his bicep and you can see that even though he's 100 lbs lighter he has great arms already.

With ronnie s it s the Opposit

it s like comparing Ronnie to Heath Or levrone in armsize

Ronnie s Are unbeliveable big and look big, others Are more of a Illusion Kind big because theyre Bones Are so short

Plus
Ramy would loose a lot of size coming in contest shape what he Never did til today because you can t consider this insulin muscles anywhere next to sharp defined

Btw he Needs hams  ;)
