Ron's been over this many times over the years and has always stood firm.  Basile will not get those stars.  This is the only thing I've seen Ron not change his mind on. Ron was obviously highly offended over the matter. Did Basile ever offer an apology at least?  If not, I understand why he doesn't get them. If so, that's wrong of Ron and petty.
