but in 2-3 months if sev gains some size and keeps or improves his conditioning... he could look match or beat NM. although from a bbing standpoint NM owns him in terms of structure, NM is wide and has great delts and decent arms too. sev... not so much. will be interesting to see. conditioning vs size and shape her..

oh and no way sevs 198 lololol

Guy thinks he has elite genetics FFS.
He's on a gram and a half of gear, he carries around 7 meals a day lives in the gym and his current shape is all he can muster.

Here is the result of a total of 20 days diet over a 28 day period.
The left is as far out of shape I ever go.


I did this eating this diet
Monday to Thursday
4-6 eggs, baked beans ,1 toast
Chicken and cottage cheese
two tins tuna with mayo in a wrap
Steak with salsa and blue cheese sauce in a wrap

I take BCCA powder
Thursday evening I have a meal out with the Mrs, with some carbs
friday back on diet
Weekend eat normally but low cals.

250mgs test e 100mgs tren mix (Parabolan) and 100mgs masteron a week.
In fact I dropped the test two weeks before the second pic.

Sev, has to live like a monk to achieve anything, his normal look is that of a liberated concentration camp victim who has binged.

Guy is using drugs ,eating and training like a pro yet still looks like hes playing tennis.

There is no contest prep, you have just blown up on some gear for a few weeks.
Its just a passing phase, you will be back on bread and water in a few weeks looking like shit again for another year.
