Sev,all you need is to be tighter,and as we know that`s why your training..........and to bring out more hamstrings/glute tie in.

Dumbell Lunges Super-Setted with Stiff Legged Deads followed by 3 X failure on hyperextensions with emphasis on squeezing glutes at contraction.........body bweight only,slow and controlled.

thanks, that was 2013, not sure I want to go full steam with the enhancement side anymore, infact I have thoughts of coming off completely, but I may ignore them.

You are fully loaded on aas.. All you need is to blast some good HGH with slin.
You will see some tremendous improvements with slin with just 50IU because you still a virgin

50iu is slin is alot. I dont like the feeling on slin or the extra paranoia about going hypo.

Looking good Sev.  You've brought your pecs up for sure.  Delts are good as always.  The lats are a bit lacking, though, which surprises me...for some reason, you always struck me as the kind of dude who could do like a million chins :?:

You look lean and fairly cut right now.
On your back shots be sure to tilts your quads outward to better flex your hammies/glutes.
Front poses posted look fine.

It's obvious to me you trained hard and should be proud of your changes.
Do NOT try any silly, voodoo based magic for last days "peaking".
It's been my observations that most guys look BETTER after the prejudging at the night show finals.
Why? They simply ate a decent meal and got their blood sugar up and could pump their muscles again.

am planning to get a proper off season starting this fall.. There was little time to add mass but with a full year ahead we willbe talking a different ballgame. But we will see.. I see myself bodybuilding as a hobby for sure. Cannot go back to not caring about how I look. Plus I enjoy it this time and am learning a lot.

Since virtually all AAS suppresses natural Test production how come you don't include at least a TRT dose of Test?
