She does these deadlifts with a dip-belt around her waist attached to a low pulley and some sorta reverse leg curl on a pulldown machine that derrik farnsworth use to do. Pete mightve done then as well... Come to thinkof it, brandon curry used to train with them. Totally forgot about that... Anyways...
On threads like these I always focus on the ass/legs departments, followed by her face. In real life it's more like the opposite

Yeah, I've seen those squat/dead platforms where you attach a cable to your belt. Never had the change to give them a try, but it looks uncomfortable to me to start a work session with your legs bent.
