There is no biceps machine or theory of of hypertrophy its all just senile old man ramblings, the original biceps supinator got melted down for scrap when vince was working on it on his driveway and the scrap man passed by just as vince went in the house to take a piss

Basiles strong desire to be recognized is fading. He has to hold onto this ridiculous "theory," to stay afloat. But, we all know that it means absolutely nothing and has made absolutely ZERO impact on the fitness world.
