this made me laugh.. reminds me of my Basic training at Woolwich Barracks London. This film is i think from the 60s but in the middle 80s it was the same...lol. The itchy wool shirts and they made you wear them without a t-shirt under them.. remember doing drill on the parade square like this, sweat running down the small of your back...middle summer 1985 and it was hot. we had the same rifle as the film too..the SLR.

well i posted pic and 1st thing i saw was ummm...something is a little there,,knowing its the mature board i knew sophomoric humor would not be involved ;D,,being the gossip board would have a field day with the pic...i assure u no attempt at a manhood compliment was in order here,,just my legs which is gay enough to get compliments from lol,,,so jay yes 2 exist are great 'skivvie'choices,,my attempt at low brow bbing art has turned erotic lol,,,

And surprise, surprise....the old man on the board goes all sophomoric on you. Guess one never gets over being a bit "randy" every now and then.

What is gay about posting photos of one's leg development?

When you see my legs, you will understand why I am a bit jealous of yours. At least with my arms, I use the excuse that they are very long, because they are. I cannot say this about my legs. Unlike my father who had very long legs, I got short ones from someone (probably the milk man). -Sleeve length 35" and inseam 31" which is just ridiculous!

I was waiting for the light to change at the off ramp of the freeway and this ass wipe throws his banana peel out the window into the landscape. Pissed me off so I honked my horn at him. He hung his head out the window, yelling at me, "It's just a fucking banana peel." I yelled back, "And you're just a fucking pig." Fortunately, that is as far as it went because I didn't have a stick to hit him over the head with.  :o

Shes got a cough and is going back to the vet tomorrow. It could be from having the tube stuck down her throat during surgery. Because she was cut through the muscle in the chest I keep panicking that its her lungs. But other than that she is doing okay. My training is going okay. Haven't been as strong lately but noticed my endurance is better. Nose wise I am feeling good. Sneezed the other day and kept my mouth closed and got alot of pressure in the bridge of my nose and it was very uncomfortable all day and night. I was told to sneeze with my mouth open. Now I know why

Are you saying we need to wear a slicker when we are around you incase you sneeze?  ;D

Sorry to hear about your kitty. Hope she heals quickly and loses the cough. I am getting this image of you sneezing and the cat coughing and it is pretty funny.

Yes see my believe is you pick up some of the same things from animals sounds as a cold or virus she has. Yea sneeze mouth open to expel toxins.

How is everyone doing in the mature thread?

Three of my nephews and nieces are running a 10K Saturday. They range in age from late 30's to early 40's. I haven't been really pushing the cardio but I'm tempted to run with them. Just don't want to be embarrassed by getting left behind. I'm 54. When I'm clicking on all 8 cylinders I can still run ok but I'm just going for little 2 to 3 mile runs lately. They have been running 5 to 7 miles a day.

i am fast twitch. Always been better at explosive exercises and I remember at school I would be first or second in the 50 metre sprints but put me in the 100 metres and I was almost last. No I think my strength sucks at the moment because my sleep isn't too good and I have been under some stress at home so its affecting my training.

no nothing comes out of my nose when I sneeze Jay. I am as clean as a whistle. I have only sneezed about 4 or 5 times since I had my op. There must have been something in the air to make me sneeze. When ever the cat coughs I cuddle her. My son said I don't treat her like a cat but like a baby. My other cat mocha is getting jealous of all the babying I am giving chino and hisses at her. She ripped up some certificates I had sitting next to my bed. Mocha can be a bitch

Sounds as fast twitch you are, I played basketball they put me a center because at 6'2" height I could jump and block a shot of a 6'8" guys shot. But had no endurance. Sleep is very important maybe try some Magnesium it's cheap and helps.

so training wise i will hit my chest today...

Decline press 4-5x6-10
butterfly machine 4x10
Incline smith press 4x8-10 (i train upper chest with more reps)
i will put another exercise in there maybe machine dips... i might even do some cable crossovers instead of butterfly machine working the cable from the upper position to middle...then low position... feeling a bit adventurous today... ;D

A bit of Ab work and maybe cross trainer.. see how the day goes...

I like both decline and dips I got results from dips chin on the chest for chest, head up works more triceps. Being rather tall the declines worked better than the Bench Press for me, I think it maybe a combination of a fly motion and a press in a way I kind of feel that when doing them.

I have been in a board meeting all day. It is now almost 4:30 p.m. which is late for me to go to the gym....but, I gonna do it anyway, NO EXCUSES. I'll post up my workout when I get home or sometime later this evening.
