I never approach women. Women make the choice if they want you or not. So if at a bar or club eye contact is where it starts if a woman makes eye contact I just wait for her to make the next move if she does then I make the next move if not I walk out the door. A Psychological game.

I am happy not to have these issues. I was never good at playing games, psychological or otherwise. I've never met a woman at a bar with the intent of dating here. I have made friends both male and female just by chatting with them when they are already seated next to me. Of course having been with the same woman since I was 18 years old, picking up women wasn't something I was doing these past many years. Look what I've missed!

yes i find incline work better more reps and DB flyes too. I also hit triceps with mainly 12 reps and shoulder raises too. some exercises are better suited to higher reps.

My throat is fine guys.  I woke up today and feel fine.  Maybe it was an allergy yesterday, who knows?  I didn't walk when I woke up though as it looks like its going to rain.  I don't like rain.

Edit*  I am convinced it's allergy related as my eyes are itchy.  I have been rubbing them for the past hour and a half.

Well, right now I am trying to build them up, so I did 3 sets of 12 reps one legged leg lifts on the Nautilus @ 40 lbs. each. My bum knee feels much better. Guess I should have hit the gym Saturday, Sunday and Monday even if only to exercise that knee joint.

Tuesday - I did Monday's arm routine.

Seated alternate dumbbell curls, 5X12-4 @ 25 to 45 lbs.
Cable triceps press-down, 4X12-8 @ 107 to 147.5
Cable standing EZ curls, 4 X 12-6 @ 80 to 120.5
Flex seated triceps extension, 4X12-8 @ 50 to 80
Nautilus multi biceps, 3X12-8 @ 55 to 75
Nautilus seated parallel grip press-downs, 3X12-8 @ 110 to 130
Nautilus wrist curls, 3X12-8 @ 80 to 100
Cable reverse EZ curls, 3X12-8 @ 66.5 to 93.5

Arms felt pumped, but still no biceps peaks to speak of!  :'(

Yeah if they'd only stay that way into the next day and beyond. Oh well, you can always pump up your pecs by doing a set or two of pushups right before you walk into the pub. That should get the ladies swooning over your muscles ;D

Spring and then fall are the worst time for allergies to vegetation in Oregon. I also think the warmer and wetter it is the more the mold spores multiply.

I am allergic to dogs, cats, feathers and dust. It is rarely dusty here. We have not had a cat in years. I tried not using feather pillows or a feather duvet, but I hated it. Our two dogs sleep on the bed....the little one sleeps under the covers. So much for allergies. I used to get shots and for couple of years, I took a med called Singulair which helps with allergies. I am sort of against too many meds though, so I quite taking it along with a couple of others that I felt weren't necessary. I can't recall the last time I had a cold, but it has been years.

Itīs raining hard here and windy...oh well suppose i will train back in the Gym today and maybe cardio after work at 10 pm... ;D  Did some Parallel bar dips too yesterday and my delts always feel really good the next day..seems to have a very positive effect on them. I fancy some seated close grip cable rows today. Really widens my back. However i will include some good old wide Grip Barbell rows. I love this exercise, BB rows, seated cable rows,DB rows...sternum undergrip chins....always a winning combination for me.. I genrally substitute cable rows for dB rows ..

I am not allergic to animals except for when they lick my neck.  Then I flare up in hives.  My toes were allegic to the possumn biting them but that's pretty normal I suspect.   :D  I hate taking any kind of allergy meds and antibiotics, especially after such my long stint with them during my sinus blockage.  I am happy to say I haven't taken't anything for 7 months now.   :)

It's raining here also Donny.  I am in bed on my laptop listening to the rain.  I got a walk in this afternoon for 30 mins.  Luckily I did because it's supose to rain heavy up until the weekend here all along the east coast of australia.  I don't like dips because my breast implants move out to the sides and it just feels weird...very distracting.  I don't do cables for the chest either for this reason.

I normally do 1-2 warm up sets then will do 3-4 heavy sets. 3 sets are normally enough for each move. I do not count warm up sets. I train really very instinctive and do what i feel like and/or according to my energy levels on the Day. chins i might do 3 max sets and think itīs enough but another time i will do 4-5 sets. so all together i will normally do 12 to 15 sets in total for Back. If i pair chest and back together about 11/12 sets for chest and back. I like Chest and back gets me working hard but i could not train like musclecenter and do this 2x a week...would kill my joints.

Now Donny that is correct never count warm ups. Chest and back the best it's push/pull. I always do that combo.

The routine I am currently using counts the warm up sets in my opinion because there are usually only 2 work sets for each movement, which hardly seem like enough to get anything done. I don't count a warm up set if the resistance is ridiculously light. This routine sometimes has two warm-up sets. I usually load enough resistance to count the second one as a work set. In addition, I have modified the routine to include additional work sets for most of the exercises.

Wednesday - back:

ISO front lat pulldown, 4X12-6 @ 120 to 250 lbs.
ISO bench rows, 4X12-8 @ 110 to 140
Nebula low row, 3X12-8 @ 110 to 160
Hammer reverse grip pull down, 2X10-8 @ 110 to 160
Smith barbell rows, 2X10-8 @ 90 to 110

I also limbered up my knee joints by repeating the Nautilus single leg extensions doing 3X12 @ 45 each.  I worked in with a young fellow who was doing the same thing at the same weight and for the same reason....how weird is that?

I was supose to train legs this afternoon but that got squashed.  I met with a girlfriend for lunch today and ordered a wrap with smoked salmon, lettuce, avocado and cream cheese.  I start eating it and notice a burning sensation.  As I keep eating I start swelling and have difficulty breathing.  my friend notices that my chest and neck is all red.  I get up and go and ask the chef (I can see him around the side) if the wrap had mayonaise and he said Yes.  I was horrified as I am allergic to mayonaise.  So I argued with management and told the guy that if it has mayo then advertise it as such don't say it has cream cheese etc.  I refused to pay for my wrap but I was pissed because it's very uncomfortable/painful.  I won't be able to train as the last time I had an allergy from food the exercise pumps the allergy all throughout the muscles/body and I had to go to the hospital and get an injection straight from gym/training.  I guess the good news is that my lips are very full...it looks as though I have had fillers in them but it looks uneven as I ate mostly on my left side.   :-X  I still have pains when I breath as I am swollen inside including my tounge.
