I am back on schedule, yahoo!

Monday - arms:

Weight 207

Seated alternate dumbbell curls: 5X15-5 @ 25 to 45 lbs.
Cable triceps press-down: 5X15-6 @ 109 to 163
Cable standing EZ curls: 4X12-6 @ 82 to 123
seated triceps extension: 4X15-8 @ 60 to 90
Nautilus multi biceps: 3X12-8 @ 55 to 75
Nautilus triceps machine: 3X12-8 @ 120 to 140
Wrist curls: 3X15-10 @ 80 to 100
Reverse EZ curls: 3X12-8 @ 80 to 109
Standing cable curls: 3X15 at 37 to 23

Did the usual single leg, leg extensions: 4x15-12 @ 60 ea leg. I may start cutting this back to every other day because I suspect it is becoming counter productive. Tonight, both my knees are sore and my legs are fidgety.

Yesterday I did back and delts. Sets are work sets not warm ups.

Chins 2 sets of max
Low cable row 2 x12
Single dumbbell row bench 2 x10
Reverse grip pulldown 2 x10

press behind neck 2 x 6 (lowered bar to traps like I was going to squat)
dumbbell delt laterals 2 x10
single arm pulley laterals 1x10
rear delt dumbbell lateral 2 x10

dead lifts 2 x 4 then 1 x 1
barbell shrugs 2 x10

weighted back extensions 2 x 15
weighted floor crunches 2 x 40

I injured my calf running so today will be a fast walk for 4.3 miles. Hopefully the calf will hold up.

Good to see everyone is well and training hard.   :)  I have been MIA the past couple of weeks but I am back.  Just felt like keeping to myself, don't know why.  I gave up my coffee in the mornings.  I drink a natural organic cocoa with honey for sweetness.  Its quite bitter so I need the honey.

The pollen is high here as the sugar cane is flowering.  I had such bad hayfever yesterday that I took phenergan again and it knocked me out.  Felt pretty crappy last night as its dehydrating.  I am pretty grumpy as I have pms and I have been swollen and sore for over a week.  I haven't felt like being around people, even my friends here.  Last weekend they tried to drag me out and i wanted to stay home and watch tv and not see anybody.

Try one of the non drowsy allergy pills. They really work well if you take then for a week or so. Something like Claritin doesn't make you tired and if you can take it for a week or more to dry you out.

Tuesday - hams and glutes

Weight 209

Nautilus lying leg curls: 4X14-6 @ 57 to 87 lbs.
Nautilus seated leg curls: 4X15-8 @ 90 to 120
Reverse hack squats: 3X14-10 @ 90 to 315
Hip abduction: 3X20-12 @ 90 to 110
Hip adduction: 3X18-12 @ 120 to 140
Machine kick backs: 3X20-16 @ 90 to 180 (I have looked all over the Internet for a picture of this machine and can't find it. Like I said I would, I'll just have to take a photo of it).

I decided to forego calves today because I worked them pretty hard on Sunday and I didn't think 2 day's recovery was enough. You might wonder why anyone would make a point of working their glutes. If you could see how flat mine are, you'd understand. The reverse hack squats, hip abduction and kick backs really work the glutes, both maximus and medius.

I always get a little bit this time of year but never as bad.  I am fine today.  The phenergan really gets rid of it.  That's why I took it yesterday so that I would be fine for the rest of the week.  But guys I have got to start posting again.  I am acting like such a goof on facebook...just being an idiot.  I know I need to be active again on here.  It's twice today I have laughed so much that tears have run down my face.  I am trying to put the fear into a immigrant in regards to our crocs.  I need to stop pulling pranks on everyone.   ;D

He did deserve it.  He called some pic fake, photoshopped...it was a pic of a fireman holding a koala bears hand as he fed it some water from a bottle in a bushfire.

Thank you Jay and good to be back.  I can't hibernate, it's not natural for me.  I give an honest opinion even if I am too honest and straight forward.  My best friend finds me too much at times because she says I rub salt in her wounds.

yes i agree 100%.. infact i was talking to a guy last night and he said since he cut back on his sets for arms they are growing... but i agree George you have to train by instinct.
