yes he wrote in his book that he attached a bar which he called a rear stop bar. rested of course on your triceps. he also said you should use an off set Dumbell. your Little finger against the inner plates. also in DB flyes he did it different.

Not sure if I can apply this method in my gym, but I perform them only with one arm at a time in most cases, so I can put more focus on the technique. I also combine a DB with a resistance band and thick bar grip. Those bands and grips are a small but great investment.

well i did my good deed for the week today. was sitting in my living room watching TV when i heard screaming so i looked out my Window and saw two guys screaming at each other. Basically i watched it a Moment then i had to break it up as one started to Punch the other guys face in. It was actually two couples and what happend was one pair were cycling on a foot path(both were about 50) and the the other couple took exception to this and the man pushed the other guy off his bike(he and his wife were about middle 60S  :-\ ) He did it to the wrong guy because he got a couple of punches in the face. So like Action Man i sprung over my Balcony and grabbed the guy doing the punching. The German Police came and i disappeared as there were other witnesses there( who never tried to step in or do anything).. i donīt know and These old guys talk about Young dudes... ;D

My gym recently bought a hard foamroller (black one), which is a blessing for my back/shoulder blades and damn painfull for my quads, great investment!

Leg press 4 sets
 squats 4 sets
Leg extensions 3 sets
Leg curls 3 sets
Stiff legged Deads 3 sets (maybe wait and see)

Leg press calf raises 3-5 set
I might even do some front squats for a Change.. decisions..decisions.. ;D I like doing legs one day after chest to give my upper Body a rest. Doing back direct after chest a day later i canīt Train like i want to. My back and shoulders i feel also from yesterday.

no wonder you got pumped up stevo.. like the Tri supersets. very intense after your chest workout. I really like incline bench extensions can really concentrate on your tris.

I used a belt during the last 3 sets and did some foam rolls before I did those pull ups. My hams are less sore, compared with last week when I also did 10x10 deads.

I was pumped hard by then and they really felt tight 9 reps on last 2 sets died at same point,,i did them cause you and Donny were discussing them/gironda talk...I used to them for a while evry chest workout,work better than inclines I think..
