well i did my good deed for the week today. was sitting in my living room watching TV when i heard screaming so i looked out my Window and saw two guys screaming at each other. Basically i watched it a Moment then i had to break it up as one started to Punch the other guys face in. It was actually two couples and what happend was one pair were cycling on a foot path(both were about 50) and the the other couple took exception to this and the man pushed the other guy off his bike(he and his wife were about middle 60S ) He did it to the wrong guy because he got a couple of punches in the face. So like Action Man i sprung over my Balcony and grabbed the guy doing the punching. The German Police came and i disappeared as there were other witnesses there( who never tried to step in or do anything).. i donīt know and These old guys talk about Young dudes...

I used a belt during the last 3 sets and did some foam rolls before I did those pull ups. My hams are less sore, compared with last week when I also did 10x10 deads.
