Heck, it makes for a good excuse anyway.

Probably not. But, I think it still says something about their personality. I would have fallen over dead, had my wife ever made such an expression.

Decline BB press 4 sets
Decline Flyes 4 sets

Cardio: crosser 30 mins Interval. Crunches calves on bench 3x max reps.

Yes I am training hard despite some pain afterwards but that's normal after a c section incision. Just glad to have my health and gym life back.  :)

Mixed grip chins 4 sets max
Wide grip Barbell rows 4 sets
Close grip low pulley rows 4 sets
Barbell pullovers 3 sets

Just decided to do mixed grip chins.. Cardio Stationery bike 30 mins.

12 super sets of front squats & walking lunges
1 triple drop down set of leg extentions with 30 sec kneeled stretches in between and ditto with leg curls & straight leg bent overs

shoulders today ... using straight sets and changing order and exercise from my usual workout.

Db side laterals 4 sets
Machine press 4 sets
barbell upright rows 4 sets
rear delt machine 4 sets

abs: machine crunches 4 sets. cardio was a run outside.

switched it up a bit no chins

underhand grip pulldown hammer strength machine x3 after warm up plate and 25,2 plates/2 plates and some tens/5's
barbell bent over rows 135/185/205/225
low pulley cable rows 180/190/200
tried these again db rows ,db done palms in and done together x3 60/65/70
2 sets standing rope pulls to waist pulldowns


weighted hypers x3

traps
shrugs 185/225/275/295/225 ..20/15/12/12/20

calves 3x sets drops 10 reps per 200/180/160/140 theses suck
