Dave Palumbo himself is known to have had stage 4 Palumboism.

This guy clearly also has stage 4 but he is older and probably is not quite as conditioned hence making him look as bad if not worse than Dave at his best.

We will start to see more and more cases of Palumboism as this generation of test/slin/GH users start to age. In US anti aging and endocrine clinics doctors and clinicians are starting to use this term to describe this.

Is basically caused by GH lengthening the limbs. That combined with muscles that have become totally down regulated to androgen receptors is what has caused this.
