Yes he does appear to have a variant of the Kovacs strain of Palumboism, good catch.

Stage 4 is already the worst case of Palumboism. It's really just that this guys is older than when Dave Palumbo has it.

Yes Greg Kocacks also had it.

I can't recall what level Trey brewer got to. Maybe level two or 3?

Nah Trey didn't really get it that bad, he just overbulked during the offseason and continued to get slightly worse from his 2006 showing in every way. He was smart enough to get out early
