Most regulars here at getbig know my views on various issues within bodybuilding.
I won't bore you with any summary or updates.
Believe it or not, I've laughed a lot , been annoyed a little , and mostly had fun here at getbig.
One thing that has been consistent with my forum interaction for the past 15 yrs:
The sport of bodybuilding marched onward with little course correction from our feedback.
The recent posting of Kai Green's guest posing , in his custom S&M outfit, made me cringe.
I know many here share my disgust with this behavior at a sanctioned BB event.
The one pic of the young lad, near the stage, was a bit disturbing
It made me ashamed this perverted crap , was an accepted part of bodybuilding.
I'm not naïve and realize making a $$ is what drives the actions within bodybuilding.
Bikini (and figure) is the biggest division and MPD fitness dudes are entering in record numbers.
Hardcore bodybuilding has lost any good sense when it comes to drug use .
More absurd, distorted physiques can now be seen on numerous bodybuilding stages .
To the words of Tony Soprano ; " It is , what it is ."

I could declare the dark side has won the final victory and terminate my involvement with bodybuilding.
OR, I could go with the majority , get on a massive cycle and even inject synthol .
BUT, I'm opting for door #3:

I'm going to do my own thing via my own rules.
Truth be told, as I get older, I actually care even less about what others choose to do.
I may never compete again, but I'll go to a few shows, and ENJOY the circus.
I'm heading out to the gym now . Perhaps I'll even do a better job with my diet this summer.
I can't control what others do/don't do when it comes to bodybuilding.
BUT< I refuse to let the douchebags and numb-nuts drive me from my beloved bodybuilding.
PS/ In that same spirit, I accept ( and laugh at) the inevitable , negative retorts.
You won't get me to quit posting on getbig, and nobody will run me out of BB.
Have a nice day.
