Jizmo please break down your supplement routine if you don't mind.
just supplements:
i actually rely heavily on spices and herbs... raw cocoa, cinnamon, ginger powder, turmeric, white pepper are the main factors here (i dont use them to spice food, i just consume them like that in specific amounts, right from the spoon)...
not everything all the time, i tailored that according to specific goals / bulking / cutting etc.
apart from that, berberine or metformin when cutting.
creatine, leucine, whey (of course), 10ml fish oil a day.
ive made my own multivitamin/mineral/phyto blend too from certain powders...
apart from the "standard" vitamins and minerals in moderate to high doses it contains megadoses of b6, vitamin c/e (not all the time), choline.
plus tons of other exotic stuff (but in lower dosages) since i mixed it with a pre made multi vit/mineral blend.
also take a digestive/probiotic complex/ with numerous ingredients..
ive recently looked into the flush niacin after reading the thread on here. thinking about adding it, but ill need to research that further and see where i can get it for cheap before doing that.
honestly i dont pay much for all the supps together, maybe 25$ a month. plus whey, but i count that as food.
IMO what is REALLY overlooked are spices and herbs in megadoses. there are tons of studies on tons of herbs which show huge benefits.
of course in amounts that you would never get by seasoning your chicken with them.
but since people think oh its just fucking cocoa powder, i can just eat some chocolate for that- nobody sees their potential.
Very honest post bro. Thanks for that. You're pretty lucky as I have horrible bacne on only 200 mgs a week lol
I know you love Tren but it's probably causing most of your issues health wise, especially regarding HDL values.
Do you have high blood pressure when you cruise? Just wondering...
yeah. im not sure if taking out tren would make any difference though, test in the 1-2 gram range will kill your cholesterol aswell..
my BP actually only went down maybe 10 points at best during my cruise... but that depends on other factors too.
if i cheat on my diet (=overeat) i can be 99% sure that im gonna have +10-15 points on my BP the next morning. i dont do that anymore, maybe on special occasions as christmas, otherwise i stick to my calories.
if i have a bad injection and im limping or whatever or some spot is inflamed my BP is always much higher too. so i only use low concentrations of gear that dont cause pip (but huge amounts, lol)
i cant donate blood here when on AAS, its against the law. could schedule phlebotomies i guess, but thats pointless imo. gotta treat problems, not symptoms.
