I still think it's funny that people defend her natural status and say she trains 7 days a week in order to look like that. 

It occasionally surprises me how very well educated, successful people believe the lies like that when it comes to fitness.
Part of it, I believe, is simply because genuinely good, upstanding people are probably inclined to believe other people. So, what happens when you have almost literally an entire industry lying to you from magazines, tv, gyms... everywhere?
The industry norm is for people who use and abuse drugs to be the face of over the counter supplements. I would be surprised if anyone on this site didn't get caught by this lie when they first got into fitness and nutrition.
