Hmmmm that I don't know.
Though I would say they were available if he wanted to use them.

I still think it's funny that people defend her natural status and say she trains 7 days a week in order to look like that.  ::)

It occasionally surprises me how very well educated, successful people believe the lies like that when it comes to fitness.

Part of it, I believe, is simply because genuinely good, upstanding people are probably inclined to believe other people. So, what happens when you have almost literally an entire industry lying to you from magazines, tv, gyms... everywhere?

The industry norm is for people who use and abuse drugs to be the face of over the counter supplements. I would be surprised if anyone on this site didn't get caught by this lie when they first got into fitness and nutrition.

Au moins la banderole a l'air imprime et non ecrit a la main, comme ca a ete plusieurs fois le cas dans des competitions plus recentes en amerique  ;D
At least the banner was printed in a sign shop and not lettered by hand as I have seen in recent shows.

"banderole" jamais entendu ca, lol..
"banderole" I have never heard that before!...

(I think...)

We are in 1936 here. 79 years ago !

Steroids existed. But I'm not sure they were available to ordinary people.

History check.
As far back as the 1920 sports authority's knew some kind of doping was going on.

By 1928 the IAAF Had a doping ban in place.
Testosterone Derivatives were becoming come in the 1930's.

Percy Lavon Julian first started researching how to make steroids from soybeans while working for the Glidden Company in 1940... (First you extract the estrogen from soybeans, then convert it to testosterone)
