Of bands in their prime, NOW, this is the best drummer. In fact, this is the best drum song of the decade, so far.

I've been telling Getbig about this band for years. Back then, they were playing bars. They're currently in Europe opening for Billy Idol.

Agree to the extent that a "cool" drummer makes it look effortless. Guys like Buddy and Dave Weckl (among countless others, mostly jazz guys), smooth as fuck, like second nature.

Real drummers don't play with matched grip. They play with traditional grip. If you see someone playing matched grip, then they aren't really a drummer at all.

Real drummers don't play with matched grip. They play with traditional grip. If you see someone playing matched grip, then they aren't really a drummer at all.
