:(went to bench on Thursday, shoulders felt like shit. normal warm up, went to my heavy sets, and it was ugly. shoulders were on fire. tried to do some incline, shoulders still could not get going.
went home and drank. next day, started with heavy shrugs, no problem, then upright rows. went well, then started to do some dumbbell press with only 40s, no luck. said fuck it and went home.
hopefully a couple of days off will help. just sucks having two bad workouts back to back at my age, 58. I'm running out of time
