Anyone who is considering representing Subway should be weary of how quick they are to dump you at the mere suggestion of wrong doing. Fuck these people. I hope that fat fuck Jared is innocent and I hope Subway goes out of business. Slimy reptilian motherfuckers.

That eventually led to federal agents raiding Fogle's home on Tuesday in connection to the child pornography investigation into Russell Taylor, the former head of Fogle’s charitable foundation who was found to have over 400 pornographic videos featuring underage boys and girls in late April.
Fogle and Taylor were pictured in a post on Taylor's Facebook page on April 22 of this year, a week before that raid on Taylor's home.
The Florida woman said of her conversations with Fogle in an interview with ABC 7; 'The subject matter is similar to what the FBI found when they raided his home. It goes deeper than that.' As for why she came forward, she said; 'It was the right thing to do, and I was able to do it and I have fortitude to do it. That's the main reason I did this.'

I don't understand how people can be out there making videos with underaged kids. I'd say where the hell are the parents but maybe these are the kids being abused, kids neglected by parents.

I read an article on Cracked.com about a journalist who went undercover in the child porn world and wrote about it.

A set of parents (wife and husband) were making pornographic movies with their kids. They stated that its all "consensual." Weird thing is they actually believe its "consensual" because the kids say "yes." Obviously, there are tons of dynamics going on which would make a kid say "yes," without actually wanting to engage in such acts. You'd be surprised how many parents "pimp" their kids out or make videos with them and sell it.

yep, the vast majority of kids who get molested are molested by dad, uncle, mom, ect. A true stranger molestation is very very rare

Agreed. But not all "molestations" are the same. There was this dude who was in the house band at the bar I drank myself 1/2 to death in. I didn't know him, but I saw him at the bar all the time. Anyway, we was a pretty boy loser who was a school security guard at a local middle school. He was caught giving titty twisters to 3 middle school girls (I'm guessing 12 years old). They hammered him with like 20 years in prison. I'm sure he deserves every day of that. But that still doesn't rise to the level of what a lot of these pedo's do.

Its hardly ever shitty parenting. Parents trust people with their children. Why would a parent think that a grandfather would sexually molest their daughter? Most people are not going to think that. These are supposedly trusting adults--grandparents, aunts, uncles, best friends of families. You can't keep an eye on EVERYONE! Otherwise you will live in a world of paranoia.

Also, sexual molestation can happen while the parent is in the room. Molesters are sneaky--they will sit the child a certain way on their lap, place their hands in certain positions. It only takes a brief moment to molest a child, sometimes just a matter of seconds.

Read my post above. Molesters find very sneaky ways to molest children, while appearing like they are not doing anything wrong. But remember, its the INTENTION behind it. You bet the guy was getting turned on and probably pleasing himself later on to thoughts of what he did. So while the action itself may not be worthy of 20 years, its the INTENTION behind the action. Think of it like that--then 20 years might not seem too long.
