You still training the same way, taking 250mg per week and eating sub 2000 calories? I tried that and the results weren't brilliant I managed to lose fat but couldn't gain any muscle and it just didn't work for me. I had to up the calories quite significantly to see any progress.
Using around 5 or 600 mgs at the moment eating a bit more than normal, trying to add a bit of size before I cut for later in the year.
Tried using fart powder again to increase protein but just doesn't agree with me, bunged up or shits.
Just eating normally at the moment to get the extra cals, don't like how I look but needs must.
Will eat like this for another 5 weeks then do a 6 week cut to get the majority off then eat clean for the last 6/8 weeks to fill back out.
I won't be eating 14 boxes of Tupperware food a day either
