You still training the same way, taking 250mg per week and eating sub 2000 calories? I tried that and the results weren't brilliant I managed to lose fat but couldn't gain any muscle and it just didn't work for me. I had to up the calories quite significantly to see any progress.


Using around 5 or 600 mgs at the moment eating a bit more than normal, trying to add a bit of size before I cut for later in the year.
Tried using fart powder again to increase protein but just doesn't agree with me, bunged up or shits.
Just eating normally at the moment to get the extra cals, don't like how I look but needs must.
Will eat like this for another 5 weeks then do a 6 week cut to get the majority off then eat clean for the last 6/8 weeks to fill back out.
I won't be eating 14 boxes of Tupperware food a day either

Because of a screwed up digestive system I switched from whey to a very high quality (pricey) pea protein.  Only for the odd shake in a rush / PWO, but it doesn't cause me any problems and I know is something that helps out a lot of people.

I recently bought pea protein. It mixes well, tastes good and does not upset my stomach.

Try Paleo Meal from Designs for Health.

Not really PWO but as a meal replacement option it is top quality.

Doesn't even taste that bad.

I understand your cynicism but that's too blanket a statement to be true.

I can list a number of supplements that generally help the quality of life of most people, especially as we get older.

Magnesium, zinc, D3, fish oil, probiotics...and then specific things can help specific people so long as it can be delivered into the bloodstream.

when he was ukjeff he was ran off the board and we made fun of him for being weak gay and emotional ... he vowed to come back and never break character .. prolly has charted strategies in his living room based on my posting patterns haha .. also has more pics of myself saved than I do .. must have searched my extensive 40k post history which take a LoT OF TIME  ;D

the Vegan pea protein I bought runs about $1.50 a serving. That's not more than food.

That's a pic of me, but Be There is f'in solid man. He's a bit older as well if not mistaken and for that, he really has my respect to still have his shit together so strong.
