Looks like all the PMMA in his delts etc is deforming, all sorts of weird angles and edges happening. Like hes made of playdough

It will be interesting to see what kind of long term problems the PMMA causes, I can't see
it being healthy, there's bound to be problems in his not too distant future, at least that's my guess.

The particles are macroscopic so one has to wonder what the massive build up is from.
