We all break laws. Almost impossible not to. Police see you break traffic laws daily, but unless it is something really significant, most people don't get pulled over. Then even being pulled over some people only get warnings.
This women got pulled over because she was black. This women was ordered out of the car because she gave the cop attitude. Well, that's not a crime.
The cop had the right to order her out of the car, but he did not have a valid reason to do so. Having his feelings hurt is not reason enough. And you cannot be convicted of resisting arrest if it is an unlawful arrest.
