due to injuries Achilles/back issue how heavy can you go on legs /back?what kind of exercises can you perform,say back'rows'or legs'leg press/squats if at all..
weights are irrelevant and depending on each person whats heavy for some is light for others,but building muscle or sculpting a build as 'you'put it over how thickly built you can become can be done with lighter training,but you did at one time train 'heavy'..
