Yes, he has courage to post photos which are bound to be criticized by others, but why the pissing match? Confidence is an asset. Arguing with other's regarding how good you look verses them, does not smack of confidence. We all have different genetics. Comparing BigRo with Sev really makes no sense whatsoever.

how many days train'weights'

body part breakdowns,sets/reps

due to injuries Achilles/back issue how heavy can you go on legs /back?what kind of exercises can you perform,say back'rows'or legs'leg press/squats if at all..

weights are irrelevant and depending on each person whats heavy for some is light for others,but building muscle or sculpting a build as 'you'put it over how thickly built you can become can be done with lighter training,but you did at one time train 'heavy'..
