Hahahah,ive always trained arms harder and more often than anything else and still do.My calves are very good legs small but cut,i have a slipped disc and bulging disc as well as bad knees so all i do for legs is leg extensions and leg curls and lots of cardio.But i like the slim leg big arm look and always have.My family has great genetics for arm size so i know i can hold it while dropping down.

I am just wondering about the physics of it. I am 215 @ 6'3" and I have barely 18" arms. My legs are utter, complete shite. I can't imagine my legs being crappier. I would need to lose some serious leg size to get those 2 extra inches on my arms. I already have to endure "paraplegic" comments. "Slim" may not incorporate the look of your legs if you reach your goal.

Made the mistake of agreeing that I would train with my son to help get him ready for football (weight training, conditioning, speed, routes, etc. This will not end well, I will die. So my goal now is to just stay alive.

I guess the old yardstick of "10 lbs of muscle for each inch of upper arms" is no longer operable? It was probably a Weider thing. Or something that the "Always Squat" guys thought of.

I understand completely with what you are saying.My upper legs are small and will be tiny but my calves are measuring 18" and are pretty cut up.i used to have a really big chest but ive been downplaying it and i no longer can do shoulders due to shoulder problems so my chest and shoulders are shrinking as well which i dont mind as i like the smaller torso and leg big arm look.anyways i got 8 more lbs to go should be there in 2 weeks and if my arms are 20" and i can were 32" jeans i will be pretty happy at 215.

Head: size 7.5 hat (27.5"?)
Wrist: 7.25"
Firearms (flexed): 15"
Waist: 31.5"
Hips: 40"
Shoulders: 57-ish
Quads: 24.5" (smh)
Calves: 16.5"
