I always heard cellulite was genetics.

Just like fat people that say their fatness is caused by genetics, but then end up in the hospital in a car wreck and come out skinny after 2 months.

Don't know.

I've seen very skinny girls with cellulose.

Also very thick girls with zero.

So I'm not quite sure.

I'm pretty sure that what happened right after the pic was taken.  notice how all the chicks have pursed lips.  They are prepping for the jizz storm about to happen.

I've noticed this as well when i'm stalking teenagers strolling through the park just before dusk.

Seems they have developed it younger from what i can tell.  I also do not remember teens having this when i was a teen.
