Get a fucking scale and weigh ALL YOUR FUCKNING FOOD AND BEVERAGE. Eat 1700-2700kcal/day (depend on how much you train) for 2 fucking years and then come back...u CANT do it, most people cant do it, no motiivation, weak brain, weak mind, to lazy! Stay in shape is like money on the bank account, its hard work...most people cant do it, its where drugs and illugual buissness come to play.
