The Nazis did rise to power because ethnic Germans were being mistreated terribly, if that's what you mean.  The lesson there should be not to mistreat Germans.  Not to scream and yell at them after they react.  Any country powerful enough would have done what the Germans did.  Most nations simply aren't powerful enough.  But ultimately the moral of the story is, Germans shouldn't have been oppressed so horribly by the Allies to begin with.

The "Nazi" description is just a way to quite people down. If they are labeled as such, especially in Germany, they quiet down. I see however, it may have reached a tipping point and people don't care. Maybe PEGIDA picks up some steam again.

To the last sentence, yes you're right. They thought the Jews were overtaking their culture and not assimilating. History should remember what happens when you piss of 60 million Germans. I assume though, they are going to import them so fast that it dilutes the native population. I'm surprised to see that polls show such high acceptance of these people though.
