Yeah, because professional athletes, actors, etc., and everyone else who uses PEDs is forthcoming about their use. Why should bodybuilders be judged any differently?
Because taking drugs is a HUGE part of bodybuilding. One can say its about 95% of the sport.
An actor taking a mild dose to get into decent shape for a movie is demonstrably different than slamming ones body with a boat load of drugs. Same with sport players. Its a part of all sports, but no where near to the extent that bodybuilding is. You can become an actor or sport player without drugs. You CANNOT become an IFBB pro without drugs.
Thus, his speeches about being such a successful bodybuilder is half-assed. You cannot become Mr. O without drugs. But you can be a great actor like Al Pacino without drugs. If a bodybuilder is preaching that he is purely successful because he trains and eats right, he is outright lying. If Al Pacino makes a speech that hes a good actor because he worked hard, its much more believable. Therefore, I think bodybuilders are more responsible for disclosing drug abuse, as not to deceive people to such great lengths.
Sorry if you can't see the difference.
