Are There Any Adverse Reactions With Smoking Mary Jane B4 Surgery
« on: September 01, 2015, 11:36:38 AM »
Not talking about lighting up half an hour before surgery or anything but say a day before surgery.

I have shoulder surgery on Friday, and will be under general anesthetic

Any adverse reactions with me smoking Mary Jane and General Anesthetic say up to Thursday night day befor surgery?

Be sure to load up on aspirin and other anti-coagulants prior to surgery also.

Come month 3-4 I go on my off season stack, 1g test, 800 Deca, D-Bol 6 weeks on 6 weeks off. GH 8IU daily
Come Jan/Feb, I go into cut mode. Tren/Mast/Test/NNP

Completely impossible to tell to be honest, my gut says it could be terrible as anesthetics are tricky bitches and you would like see an increased effect. likely coma and death, if not death then paralyzed from the eyelids down. You will likely have only your eyebrows working in order to convey emotion and intent etc.

Don't know about MJ, but at the risk of going off topic slightly, to my surpise I recently discovered the potential consequences of the use of Pholcodine as a cough surpressant.  It's used in the UK where historically Codeine may have been prescribed as an anti-tussive. Amazing that GP's and Pharmacists would recommend this stuff just to avoid the potential of someone getting a minimal high... So you never know, just putting this out there as an example of something seemingly innocuous having unforseeable repercussions...

Anaphylaxis During General Anaesthesia[edit]
Administration of pholcodine causes production of antibodies linked with fatalities during surgery, when essential neuromuscular blocking agents (NMBAs) are administered to prevent patient movement under general anaesthesia.[6] These antibody levels gradually fall to low levels several years after last dose of pholcodine. However, the presence of these antibodies causes a 300-fold increase in risk of anaphylaxis during anaesthesia.[7]

Never. Gonna. Happen.

You are psychologically and physiologically incapable of anything remotely approaching the level of discipline required. But I eagerly await the LOLs as you attempt your sad climb.

I told the staff at the hospital I smoked before my colonoscopy. Big mistake. The dumb bitch did not give me enough meds to have me not feel pain. They dosed me again, still nothing.

I was screaming on the table in pain as they filled my intestines with air. FUCK!!! They shut the blinds, close the door asking me to be calm. Then the fuckiN' twat asks me while I'm in pure agony "do you take steroids"

OH fuck man...

After the procedure, most need to be lying down for 30 min and driven home. After 10 mins, I just asked to leave and they let me go.

Don't tell them you smoke.

Should hire the local lawyer here and sure their asses!

But THC stays in the body for so long, you would have had to stop at least a month ago, probably 2 to walk in baseline levels.

I think they thought there would be synergy with the weed so they doses me way too low.

Big difference between actively agonizing the receptor and THC in the adiopocytes (stored, not usable).

He will die terribly.

I was seriousish, it's likely nothing can occur but if it's a central anesthetic they are tricky drugs with many interactions. Weed lowers glutamate, which is effected by anesthetics, I wouldn't do it the day of, other then that you are will be fine. 8 hours would be the min I would suggest but that's conjecture based on half life.
