Interdasting. Were you working out regularly at the time? Appearance-wise, did you look healthy? Were you noticeably "fit"? Was the reading, like, alarming or was it just higher than you would have liked?
Been training since the age of 11-12, so I will have to answer "yes" if I was "working out"

I think the highest reading I got was 160/??? but was often in the 150ish range/never remember the second number, lol...
Post workout cardio fixed it quick and stopped eating the frozen burger patties. Those are very high in sodium. Then, I'd put kraft bbq sauce and ketchup, shit man... Not good!
