Jesus man, seriously, how old are you? 17? Epic maniac rant

And im pretty sure that clerk is in jail for violating the law, but that is just my non biased atheist neutral logic kicking in

No bail....she got no bail. Do you not see a problem with this? If they find she's in contempt of court then maybe a slap on the wrist or a book and release. But to set no bail means there's clearly an agenda by an activist court. You have bail set for rapists, murders, child molestors but no bail for this?

I didnt know that but likely there was a reason, ill do some research on it. So its only the no bail issue you have a problem with? Why didnt u say that in your first rant? She broke the law but you acted shocked she was in jail...
Your rants are chaotic and lack any thought man. Thats why no one takes your political points seriously. Your blind loyalism shines thru in this thread as well

Agreed, a simple thank you would have sufficed.  No need to cram that Jesus shit down everyone's throats?   ::)
Yep, jamming it down people's throats by posting it on twitter. I can't believe he forces people to read that....

As a follow up to my last post coach..
Any proof of this "no bail" other than a talking point from Huckabee? I cant seem to find any proof of the no bail other than an angry quote from that neo-con "republican" Huckabee. Let me know, i am interested in learning more

she violated the consitution and shut down the function of an entire govt office, ordering her people to adhere to her religious beliefs.

If some muslim decided to violate the consitution, and refused to let his employees issue marriage licence to christians, we'd all be ready to send the fccker to prison.

she ran for office, won, and accepted a salary to enforce the constitution.  Period.  Most of the repub candidates are backing away from this dumpster fire of a case too.

He'll be used in the 4th qtr. He runs like a 250lb running back.

i am watching the replay on the NFL network.  Tebow is a terrible QB in 2015.  Maybe he was a 'winner' in 2011 or 2012.  But in 2015, he's just throwing up jump balls and trying to run thru guys who are bigger AND faster than him.

start of the 4th Q, he throws an INT on the goal line, tossing a ball soft into triple coverage.  And this is against 4th tier players.  just not using his brain.

Yep, and still no response from coach other Than a kneee jerk "omg she is jail cuz she a christian and no bail! Librulz!" like some talking point laden fool spewing mike huckabee lines.

A true conservative should want this lady tar n feathered. Only a no-nothing loon would support someone who goes against the supreme court and breaks the law. Conservatives love laws when its in their favor...but it takes a TRUE conservative to support it when it doesnt fall in their favor. Its Laughable to see "conservatives " support her and think she sholdmt be in jail.

Again, pay attention. I didn't say anything about he going to jail although it's waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa aaaaaaaaay excessive. She should have just been removed from her position. The problem is NO BAIL WAS SET. The judge has that discretion. As for 240 and the constitution being broken? See EVERYONE in the Obama's administration including the biggest culprit of them all....Obama.

As for the no response. I might be on here for literally 10min on the weekends and less during the week. I don't obsess by marking the notification of a thread just to respond. Plus I'm at work.

Refer to my earlier post about why no bail was set, and keep in mind she is in jail for contempt. That will explain why

Doesn't matter who it was. As far as I know he has the discretion to set bail or not set bail. Just because he was appointed by GWB doesn't mean there was some sort of Obama administration influence. BTW, can you provide a link that he was appointed by GWB.

What do you mean? Its been on the books since 1942. Its the law.
Or do you mean Kind of how its not right to lock up someone for weed posession, like its a stupid law? I dont know much about contempt of court, so i domt know if i agree with that or not, i dont know enough to pass judgement if it seems right or wrong.

She can't just be fired, she is an elected official. Per Fox News:

As an elected official, she can be removed only if the Legislature impeaches her, which is unlikely in a deeply conservative state.

As for the no bail by the lib judge, again, read Fox News (I know, it's also lib media):

The judge said his only alternative was to jail her because he did not believe she would comply with his order even if she were fined.

Oh shut up with that. You know as well as I do an atheist would have flipped out and tweeted f-bombs about he was treated unfairly. Most atheists don't have a humble bone in their body. "Cram it down our throats" let's see, gay marriage rammed down our throats from degrading the White House with rainbow colors to having rainbow colors on the Google logo to throwing a Christian in jail with NO BAIL (even suspected murderers get a bail amount) for not issuing a marriage license to gay people. Are you fucking kidding me?? Tebow says thank you and adds a scripture with #blessed and this how you atheist whack jobs respond. He owns you.

I'm fine with what Tebow tweeted. But I am curious, do you have any actual evidence to suggest that an atheist in that situation would have flipped out and tweeted f-bombs? You make these grandiose proclamations, painting entire groups of people with a brush dipped in your ignorant rancor...

If you had bothered to read anything about the case, you'd have found that she can't be removed from her elected position without being impeached; the Court cannot initiate impeachment proceedings. Moreover, you suggest that a bail should be set which proves that you are not familiar with how contempt of Court charges works... There's no bail. Yes, Courts can levy a fine for contempt, but the Judge in this case explained why he didn't impose one. He is not willing to allow Davis to disobey a Court order. She insists that she will continue to do so. So the Judge put her in a jail cell and gave her the key: she can walk out a free woman if she simply agrees to abide by the Court's decision.

We live in a nation of laws. Kim Davis is free to disagree with the Court's decision and the laws, but she not free to ignore them.

Tebow is trash. So is Jesus

Tebow makes Barkley look like a third string JV QB yet he even though he got released and traded to Az, still stays in the NFL.

http://www.newsmax.com/t/newsmax/article/673857

Is there something specific in the article that I should look at? I tried to read it, but it started off with the following gem and I just flat out decided to stop: "Rowan County, Kentucky Clerk Kim Davis has been jailed without bail since Thursday for refusing to allow her office to issue marriage licenses to same-sex couples." If there're going to start with this kind of bullshit, there's no point in going further.

Listen: there's no bail in contempt of Court cases. The Judge can either fine or jail. But there's no bail because there won't be a trial about this in future, so no bail. Kim Davis won't need to show up to face the charges of contempt. She's already been found in contempt. I don't know how else to explain this...

She's a state employee and an elected official.  She has to follow the rule of the land which is gay marriage.  It would like a postal worker not delivering Playboy because of religious objections or the garbageman not picking up your trash because its a sin to waste food.  She should have resigned if she disagreed with the law.  However, she used her position to assert her personal feelings.  That's why there's "separation of church and state".

As far as contempt of court....they're no bail for direct comtempt....the sanction is imposed immediately.  It means that you're willfully showing disrespect for the court of law.  The court ordered her to do her job or resign, she did neither and disobeyed the law of the land.

Bitch can rot.

Did you read the article? It's what I said this morning before I even read anything about it. Axvo is correct in saying she's an elected official that can't be fired. I never said fired. If they wanted to remove her I'm sure they could have expedited the impeachment OR she could resign. As for her disobedience. Can we say the same thing about Obama and killary? They've destroyed and desecrated the constitution and the law. This lady is a city clerk. I would actually prefer Obama and Killary to rot. They'd do the country a great justice if they did.
