When I had my arm surgery it took me 6 months to get back. For two months it was no lifting but an incredible amount of cardio. Turned out to be a blessing in disguise. Turned all my anger into running. I literally started lifting curling an imaginary barbell then progressed to using 2.5lbs plates in my hand. At 6 months I was back.

Unfortunately yes on the look of my bi. looks like a little indent on my upper bi {I tore from the shoulder not from the elbow} strength is the same but it took awhile to get it back.
