I have run sub 5 miles many times but I was lighter back then. It's something that will take me few months to build up to.I think 4.33 ish should be within reach. I have regularly ran sub 11 second 100mtr sprints.Also what alot of people don't know about me is that I am a terrific pool player and world class ping pong player.
