The new "Department of Education's Mental Health Tsar" ( ) is going to impose a strict age limit on going to the gym. I am sure that it's for young men only.

Is it possible for the UK to pussify their men any more? They raise them as little girls, give them everything they need as a nanny state, import foreigners to cuckold the women.

well i think itīs more about training properly and under qualified supervision. Most of us started training at home in a Basement or in a Garage with some free weights and maybe a home made Bench. The article is more pointing out the lack of supervision in some or most Gyms by Trainers. there is truth to the fact a lot of young men train wrongly, thus making future problems. I have seen this myself in the Gym. This Trainer showed me this and that..and the end result was joint pain/inflammation of soft structures.

In Germany too. We have to turn them down because of the law here. Itīs all about Insurance.

well here we donīt do it. I remember a young guy maybe 16/17 coming in with a workout he was given from a Trainer from another Gym..Geez ok if you wanna be Mr O but a young Kid? I just threw it in the bin. No wonder he had pains and never made progress. See this is the trouble, ok you do get big 16 year olds who could start heavy lifting with correct supervision but the most canīt.

Another thing i see often is small boned thin guys wanting to be like Dorian. When you tell them it wonīt happen their world falls apart. however put them on a programme ala Brawn and they soon look better. I remember a young guy who sticks in my mind who wanted to pass the German Army Fitness tests and was very small and weak. We built him up over a period doing Dips,leg press(later squats) and various drills with bodyweight which he needed to pass. He started doing assisted dips on the seated machine and later could do 15 good dips with bodyweight before he went and passed.

One of my workmates was out in Newcastle big market and witnessed a fight between 5 big white lads versus 5 little pakis and the stinking pakis got the better of them and the White lads ended up fleeing with the pakis in hot pursuit.

Do the young lads even fight anymore, we used to have punch ups all the time just to see who was 'hardest', I'm talking teenage yrs, was always some fight going on in some park or burn... Sadly I grew out of it, but still have fond memories..

 I can just picture a bunch of identikit skinny white jean/beard/sleave tattoo and or blue blazer wearing soft c.unts getting showed up, id of layed the boot in on them for being such a disgrace

That is literally impossible unless the Paks were tooled up.

I've never seen them do one on one, it's always 2 car loads of them who turn up to jump a victim or two, and weapon of choice (in London) were cricket bats.
