My girlfriend got pissed yesterday that she couldn't find some shitty bb.com leg workout that "worked" before... despite describing all the basics of it. I said just do what you remember and go with the flow (how I train... if a machine/db/bb is busy I just think up something).

her response - ie how could i scientifically arrive at 4 sets of 12-15 reps. 5 sets would kill me and 3 sets would make me fat and 20 reps would be useless etc. People don't have any faith in their instincts.

Nobody has a trademark on the color red. Unless he's copying the formulation or giving them similar names....there's simply no case.

Not for nothing, but I've been an attorney for over 22 years and thank you, I was already aware that "nobody has a trademark on the color red."
However, if you read what I wrote carefully, you will see that I wrote "trade dress infringement." Now, I am sure you will go to your Wikipedia and other
internet sources to increase your legal research acumen but when you are done with all that, please re-read what I wrote in that "trade DRESS infringement" (emphasis added)
is in fact, different than a "trademark."

I'm sorry but it makes no difference. Other than the bottles being red...the products have different graphics, different ingredients, and different marketing. There's no way MuscleMeds would win a trademark or trade dress infringement. Its just another ridiculous fuck all in our legal system.
