Forgot to add "I hope...".

I'm not hating on him. But we all know how pros from the 90 who tried to stay big ended.

Doesn't he have a big ass gym in Thailand or wherever...?

Clothing brand GAT?, personal trainer, clients drug guru etc etc...

Doesn't believe he need to work anymore...selling drugs for some years increase money pretty quick!

I guess he's maybe tied to Phoenix somehow?  I googled and came up with the Dennis James Classic show last May.  Charging like $120 bucks for a backstage "trainer" pass.  Ahahahahahahaha.  If he's promoting this show he's taking in a bunch from the numerous classes of suckers.

Still living the bber lifestyle. Train, good nutrition, juice.

Some people just love what they do so it comes easier to them.

Ronnie would be the same if he didn't wreck his body.

Look at guys like Strydom, Labrada, Robinson, Pearson and others.

How is Gary Strydom still alive?

Does he have a job?  I assume not.  How does he earn a living?  After his big Thailand bust, hasn't he learned his lesson with the law?  Is he an informant?  What gives?

Wasn't that bust in 2004?  Since then, DJ has probably been doing similar things.  He makes a lot of money as a prep coach, I would assume.  Bostin Loyd claimed that DJ is a great drug connect for those close to him.  Bostin said that in a YouTube interview with Lui Marco.  It's crazy to me that Bostin would say something so irresponsible and seemingly slanderous openly like that.

Well, as long as his organs manage and he is able to afford it.

Sooner or later the physical health will say a thing or two.

When will DJ die?

Soon.

I would assume so.  He is 49.  I can't see him making it to 55, but who knows?

ha thats cool what was mike like in real life

one of my favorite  builds of all time.  thought the workouts he recomended near the end were totally off wack, also he said no cardio

which was weird cause i know he did a ton of cardio when he competed.

i did make my greatest strength gains training h.i.t

That was my impression.  He seemed like a pretty smart guy, but I don't think HIT has ever been proven to be the most effective methods for building mass.  He once said the other methods were promoted by genetic freaks on steroids - that was from a GMV video...but what was Mike, if not a genetic freak on steroids?

you got that right,

i talked to casey viator a few times, he even said, to get super cut  and the defined look you had to do alot of sets.

and casey really was the first h.i.t  guy  who worked for arthur jones  for many years.

casey  had nothing but good things to say about arnold as well

Mentzer did a ton of straight sets for years and years, that`s how he got his mass..........Hit just helped maintain it along with copious amounts of gear.

Don`t believe the hype.

He has a home in Arizona. Melvin Anthony stayed with him when DJ was prepping him.

you got that right wes, i fell for it.

heres my view on h.i.t  - i think  it only works for people who are super genetically gifted  i mean guys who are naturally lean.

if your not naturally lean i dont htink it will do you much good,   i got into my best shape doing high sets and reps moderate weights.

i switched to pure h.i.t for a few years- yes my strength went up , but i lost all cuts i had, got very lethargic training ever two to three days

and doing no cardio,       i ended up with two bad injuries as well.

as i have gotten older  ive realized how retarded training like that is.

That's basically what the data says as well - volume is the most important.  I realize HIT worked for Mike and Dorian, but where is the evidence is the best training protocol overall?

Don`t believe the hype.

Absolutely.  I had no idea that Mentzer only started HIT later in his career.

I assume thats a major flow in the exercise field. There really is no studies that utilize strict scientific protocols (RCTs) to delineate which training methods really work for bodybuilders. Its all hypothetical bullshit.

if you see pics of dorian before he started training guy was super lean,  to begin with

i really believe now as i have gotten older h.i.t   only works for guys who are really genetically gifted.

this is coming from someone that trained purely h.i.t for about 4 years strait.   after the bicep injury i was like fuck this.

not to mention  trying to top how much weight and reps you do every single workout like mentzer preached is very taxing mentally
