did it correct your horrid slice to the right?  :D :D :D :P

You mother f... >:(
then again my first t-shot on one yesterday was a bad slice that somehow stayed in bounds.
put the next in a greenside bunker then got up and down for par :)
lately my miss has been to the right...supposedly better then a hook.

....when I first started plying again was some of the best golf I ever played....guess I was swinging easy trying not to hurt myself.

Fish oil works best at much higher doses, lousy 5g while probably beneficial won't do much at all. Jack that right up to 20-30g, don't worry its safe.
Whenever u start up training you are always gonna be sore for couple weeks no matter what you do.
Obviously massage and hot baths can help.

L-Glucosamine and sugar free Jelly are good for joints.
I wouldn't just take Glutamine on its own, I would take it with the other BCCA and again up that to 20g a day, maybe more for you cos you are 300lb.

If you want to substantially increase your GH levels intermittent fasting works well for that.
Also eat tons of raw salad and vegetables.

Also take DIM your estrogen will be out of control at your weight no doubt.

If you do the Nevermore pic I will never talk to you again

30 grams of rancid fish oil....great way to elevate your transaminases even further you estrogen laden phaggot

Please don't give advice.

You are suggesting he take 270kcal/day in fish oil alone before the other stuff?

Anyway, I'm 31 and already feel crocked. I'm resolved to train less (which for me is going to 5 days/week) but if I have a persistent agonising pain (I'm scabby with money so that's my benchmark) I go to physio - could be something worse/needing different treatment.

As I approach my 50th birthday and am training regularly again, I find myself quite sore. I take 10mg glutamine and 5 g fish oil daily and do maybe `10 minutes dynamic and static stretching. Im just looking for input as to helping with the soreness. I realize there will be some, but Im pretty fucking sore. Dont say TRT, there is no way in hell I would ever take test for the rest of my life

5 grams of total fish oil or 5 grams combined epa/dha?

What brand and form are you using?

5 grams total fish oil

Serving Size: 5 ml
Servings per Container: 50
Amount Per Serving
% Daily Value *
 Fish Oil
(anchovy, mackerel and sardine body oil)  4.55 g
 Omega-3 1500 mg
EPA 750 mg
DHA  - See more at: https://www.vitamart.ca/karlenes-sea-licious.html#sthash.a0UuRA3g.dpuf

Try taking that 5 gram dose 3x a day. Doing so would give u 3.8 grams combined eph/dha

Spread out at least 3 hours apart with meals

Dr john berardi used to recommend 7-10 grams combined epa/dha

He now recommends 3-6 grams combined epa/dha

Both of the two higher doses above are Poliquin doses as well

Id recommend at least 3g epa/dha

I am not going to argue with any idiots or morons who refuse to accept the fact that fish oil is ONLY truly beneficial when megadosed.
Instead you can google Charles Polliquin & Fish Oil and read his articles on the subject where he advocates up to 30g a day.

Who do u wanna listen to Charles muther -fucking Polliquin or a bunch of tards on the internet?

Fucking laughable the gaul of some people on here

tut tut, fuck me a slut.

Charles is talking about total grams of fish oil not combined epa/dha

Fish oil caps werent very potent when he made that claim

Now you can buy far more concentrated epa/dha in upwards of 60+%

No need to dose 30 grams unless your buying cheap capsules

If i remember correctly, he did not advocate 30 grams year round

He's right.
But not about fish oil.
I talk high quality cold-pressed canola oil.
Just give it a try.
30g+ daily.
A few days.
Then stop.
You will notice a major difference.

Hey Grape ape,how much does a fairly cheap foam roller cost?

As far as stretching goes,I do zero..........been saying I`m gonna` stretch after training for years, and for years I lied to myself.

I`m like the fucking Tin Man in The Wizard Of Oz....................fu cking tighter than a drum.   :(

20 bucks I'd say.......

But, if you really want to save, go to Home Depot and have them cut you a piece of 4 inch PVC pipe and wrap it with hockey tape.....will hurt like a bitch at first, but you'll gut through it.

This has worked wonders for me.....really believe in it.

You should be able to get a "beginner" white Styrofoam roller at any sports place for about $20.  The price goes up from there the denser they are (white, blue, black...).  The PVC thing works too, but obviously that's really dense and could cause tissue damage if you don't know what you're doing.  It's VERY important to foam roll AFTER you're warmed up, so either do it after some cardio warm up or after a workout.  Do not attack a cold muscle!  Ease into it.  Also, it's best not to roll back & forth like a pie crust, but rather, roll SLOWLY in one direction and then roll back the other direction.
