I actually think it's the other way around. Paris gets a lot more attention because he is militantly homosexual and his narrative fits in with the homosexual agenda that is being shoved down all of our collective throats on a daily basis. Leidelmeyer, Mendenhall, Comeaux, Christian, Love, et al., had as good of a physique, if not better, than Paris. But regular heterosexual white guys, or black guys for that matter, aren't quite as "interesting" in this unfortunate age where mental defectives like Caitlyn Jenner have been cast as heroes.

It always cracks me up when homosexual activists always claim that anyone who opposes their radical agenda must be either homophobic or a latent homosexual. Why is it so hard to believe that the overwhelming majority of people in this world are not mentally ill? If one feels the urge toward homosexuality they should resist it in much the same way one might resist the urge to murder someone who cuts him off on the highway. Resisting the urge to commit acts of deviant or unnatural behavior is part of being a civilized human being.

i'm fine with bob being gay.  i could never compete with him for a female, I'd lose on every count, so it's nice to know he's not in the pond, and he's taking another handsome man out of the pool.   My chances just went up!

i read his book about a million times in the 9th grade.  I still remember passages, darn partial photographic memory.  I had no idea he was gay, I thought he was seriously the luckiest man alive to look that handsome with those insane lines, that posture, that focused attitude.  As always, makes no difference, love who you love... that's how we were made.

Bob is an intelligent, introspective, and courageous man. And one of the best physiques ever.

Unfortunately, it was his coming out I think that put a roadblock in his career and the level of success he could have achieved. Probably the reason he never reached his ultimate potential, and that's a shame. But it was far more important for him to live his life truthfully and I applaud him for that.

Bob was on the gas for 15 or 17 years.  That's a long career.   Competed from early 81 to 92.   LOL @ Bob wouldn't risk the drugs.  He was just too small.
