No you most certainly can compare the two. Back then guys could do a vacuum nowadays a " vacuum " is guys trying their best to keep their midsections  " flat "

Ironically guys back then were carrying more fat than the guys today yet paradoxically the newer generation look pregnant

Samir won the Mr. O weighing 185 pounds but looked like a god.


These guys today care about the scale too much instead of the mirror.
