I don't really care about this either way but you really can't compare 'Pumping Iron' to the plethora of truly candid pictures / videos... I could be wrong but I think it's possible that " Pumping iron" was edited

No you most certainly can compare the two. Back then guys could do a vacuum nowadays a " vacuum " is guys trying their best to keep their midsections  " flat "

Ironically guys back then were carrying more fat than the guys today yet paradoxically the newer generation look pregnant

It`s not what you weigh,it`s the illusion you portray onstage that matters.

Samir won the Mr. O weighing 185 pounds but looked like a god.


These guys today care about the scale too much instead of the mirror.


315 pounds gets him a whopping 16th. place.............congra ts.

Big Ramy didn't diet. This guy could have had a shot at top 4 and he fucked it up. Why can't these guys get dry any longer.
