Agreed. And modern 9mm is every bit as effective as .40. Says the guy that still carrying a sub-compact .357 Sig.

You're correct, I am quite the handgun aficionado.  Not really sure why you call bullshit on me.  I already told you.  I've got enough guns to arm my entire neighborhood.   ???

It's not a beginner's gun, as there are a lot of controls on it that beginners can forget. I shot a comp with mine and forgot to disengage the manual safety out of the holster. Cost me more than a second. I wasn't gonna win anyway, but that was embarrassing.

I don't think it's any more inherently accurate than other handgun rounds. Cheap, plentiful and in a dazzling array of bullet selections as well as bespoke pressures is what truly sets it apart. Modern self-defense bullets are amazing things.

My 9mm is much more accurate than my 6.35mm.  And yes, modern defense bullets are quite astounding.   :D
